Namaste and welcome to my analysis of Wrestlemania 31. This is the one and only Quiet Mouse, thanks for taking time out of your busy day to join me.
Let's not waste any time and start with the main event Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns:
The match is set and has been hyped up since the Royal Rumble where Reigns was able, with some help from the Rock, to defeat and prevail over 30 other combatants. On the other side of the ring will be the reigning, defending, heavyweight champion, the beast Brock Lesnar.
My prediction is that despite the fanfare of the challenger, I don't think Roman is ready to carry the torch for the flagship WWE show. I believe, by narrow margin the champ will retain his title and continue to dominate after signing a new 3 year deal with the company. The ONLY way Roman will win is if he has a major heel turn, which is highly unlikely...
Next is the 7 man Intercontinental championship ladder match which I think will steal the show as there is a bevy of highly qualified talent in this match. Bad News Barrett, Stardust, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth, and Luke Harper make up seven of the best mid-card bad-asses on the roster. I think this match is going to be intense, wouldn't really surprise me to see injuries and blood.
Winner is predicted to be either Dean Ambrose of Dolph Ziggler.
Sting vs. HHH
Another match that has been hyped up to the extreme. Any long term wrestling fan will recognize the talent of Sting and that of HHH. Both are very good and this is going to be an outstanding legend's match.
I predict Sting will win, but there will be long term ramifications for HHH's loss. Look for Vince McMahon to sweeten the pot with further stipulations like Sting replacing the power of the Authority.
Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt
Don't have too much to say about this one. I predict Bray Wyatt to win and keep up his domination.
Cena vs. Rusev
The first math was good. The second should be pretty much the same. Barring another groin kick from Rusev, I think Cena has a good chance. However, Rusev is a really good heel and I don't see Cena as being the man to end the streak. Rusev will cheat and Cena will pass out again.
Orton vs. Rollins
I see this match as being a grueling struggle for Randy Orton as he will be handicapped the whole match. Rollins likes to cheat and is a good heel. I think despite Orton's best moves, he has the possibility of losing. Overall I think Orton should win.
Divas match Paige and AJ Lee vs. Bellas
match is gonna suck. Bellas will win and AJ and Paige will be feuding again. Too predictable.
Andre the Giant Battle Royal
I expect this match to be very entertaining as it was last year when Cesaro won. Look for some high pressure, but I'm thinking either Ryback or Sheamus will win.
Tag team 4 way
Cesaro and Kidd will win with a stunning display of athleticism. Uso's are hurt, Matadors suck, and New Day just is the same old crap. Champs will retain.
Overall this is going to be a great show with some really good matches. I'd love to hear from my readers and see what you all think.
