How To Deal With the Police, Under Normal Circumstances

Namaste and welcome to my blog, my friends, family, and fellow knowledge seekers. I am writing this blog in response to all the police brutality and murders as of late, incited and emboldened by the totalitarian arm of the right wing. Let's get started.
The ONLY Chart Americans Need To Know How To Deal With Police
The first thing I need to make clear is that if the cops are called, be prepared for the worst response because they are. They deal with and see THE WORST parts of human society day in and day out: rape, murder, arson, theft, forgery, and all kinds of assault and battery, among other terrible things.

Second, the legal system is kind of ridiculous to believe that a civilian with NO law enforcement training should remain calm with a gun pointed at them, BUT a police officer with MUCH training is allowed to act in a moment of panic and shoot an unarmed civilian.
Militarization of police fails to enhance safety, may harm police reputation
Third, the militarization of our law enforcement comes from the fact that according to a recent survey 1 in 5 police officers are ex-military veterans. War- grade vehicles and artillery along with paramilitary SWAT forces have created a cultural transformation among police taking them away from being "guardians" toward being "warriors" instead as these officers who once fought in places like Iraq and Afghanistan spread a culture of violence that spreads to other officers. Ex-military veterans (and statistically higher numbers of white male veterans) are often valued among police forces for their skills and discipline, that are seen by senior officers as highly regarded assets, but this sets a further divide among interracial communities and leads to fear and mistrust among the colored members of the community.
The TRUTH, however, is that often due to mental health issues, these officers are statistically more likely to engage in a quicker resort to force than a classically trained officer. Veteran officers are also statistically more likely to engage in risky and self-destructive behaviors like drug/ alcohol abuse and suicide.
The other dangerous factor to consider among police forces is the culture of machismo that limits an individuals likeliness to seek out mental health counseling and treatment after returning from an overseas deployment, facing PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.

Now, briefly, I want to talk about your Miranda rights. You MUST KNOW YOUR RIGHTS LEST THEY BE FORCEFULLY TAKEN AWAY!!!
What Are "Miranda Rights" And What Do They Mean?

Moving on, now that I've laid the foundation for this discourse I'm going to talk directly about 10 things to do or not do if you are in a situation where you are confronted by a police officer, who may or may not already be agitated.
1) Be polite and respectful. STOP when told to STOP!!!
2) SHUT THE FUCK UP. If your friend(s) are with you, tell them to shut the fuck up. You have the right to remain silent. You do NOT have to consent to illegal search and seizure.
3) Do NOT argue with the cop. If you have a grievance, you are legally allowed to file it at the precinct LATER.
4) REMEMBER: Your goal is to get HOME or wherever you are going, SAFELY AND INTACT.
5) Keep your hands IN SIGHT of the officer(s) for BOTH your safety AND theirs. Ask politely if you need to reach for something and do so slowly, ONLY when given consent by the officer.
6) NO SUDDEN MOVEMENTS!!! If the officer feels threatened, he/she may pull their gun on you.
7) Do NOT attempt ANY physical contact against the officer. EVER.
8) Even if you are innocent and/or scared, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RUN OR ESCAPE!!! If they have to chase you, you might get shot or at the minimum a severe ass whooping.
9) Even if you are innocent, DO NOT RESIST ARREST. ASK for your attorney or to talk to a court appointed attorney who can help get you out of jail and serve justice if there is a mistake made my the police. Your innocence will set you free.
10) STAY CALM! Your words and body language may indeed be a trigger for an agitated officer.

Satan's COCK

I'm just gonna keep this short and not-so-sweet...
Several months ago during the Democratic debates, I was told, on Facebook, that anyone who supported a social needs driven agenda was a communist that sucked Satan's cock.

WHY? Because I support equal rights for ALL and I believe that ALL lives matter? Because I think the standard of America SHOULD be measured by more than just rich folks ability to get wealthier? Because I am sick and tired of our nation spending TRILLIONS on war, violence, and imperialism only to be told there's no money for our children's school education? There's no money for infrastructure like bridges and roads? There's no resources for job security, pensions, or social safety nets? But there's enough to give 1.5 TRILLION in tax breaks to the 1%?

WHY? Because I think that character, morals, and ethics are more important than skin pigment? Because I think racism is stupid? Because I think sexism is stupid? Because I think xenophobia is stupid? Because I think that we should LEARN from the past rather than being condemned to repeat those mistakes again and again?

For the record, I do NOT condone or support looting and rioting.
I do NOT support Wall Street bailouts.
I do NOT support giving billions in foreign aid while places in OUR country are beginning to look like a third world nation.
I do NOT support IMPERIALISM or having military bases in over 100 different countries, protecting THEIR borders while leaving OURS DEFENSELESS.
I do NOT condone or support the fact that TO-THIS-DAY there is still human trafficking, slavery, pedophilia, and sex cults that kidnap individuals into forced labor (including financial debt slavery).
I do NOT condone racists and bigots hiding behind their religious books as a justification for immoral behavior and shitty treatment of fellow human beings.
I do NOT condone the atrocities committed daily by those who see humans and animals as some sort of equity
I do NOT  condone our elected officials getting rich off of public service; they need to be reminded to who they work for in "We the people..."
I do NOT support the idea that my rights end where yours begin. That's NOT freedom and equality.

What I DO support is:
American innovation.
American heart and determination.
People that look beyond the superficial to see the exceptional.
People that care more about quality, sustainability,  and value than they do about cheap cost.
People that value ALL life as precious, NOT JUST HUMAN. NOT JUST RACIALLY BIASED.
